(AISL), Green Energy Limited to provide investment advisory services, conduct financial, technical, legal, and environmental due diligences of infrastructure projects. In future IDCOL is planning to provide advisory services related to Debt and Equity Financing options, Business Valuation and Modeling, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisition services etc.
